About Me
Doula-in-training. Herbalist. Healer.
Hi, I'm Agnes — a Ghanaian-rooted doula-in-training, herbal wellness advocate, and the hands behind every jar that leaves Royal Roots. I grew up surrounded by women who spoke fluent plant: which leaf for the belly, which root for the womb, which bath for the spirit.
After walking through my own healing — surgeries, restoration, learning to trust my body again — I devoted myself to this work. I study, I pray over every blend, and I sit with the women I serve like a sister, not a stranger.
Royal Roots is my offering — a haven where plant medicine, ancestral wisdom, and intentional living meet on the same altar.

Born of Ghanaian heritage, Agnes carries the wisdom of generations who turned to the earth for medicine — a lineage of women who knew which leaf to pick, which root to boil, and which prayer to whisper while doing so.
After walking through her own healing journey through surgeries, restoration, and the reclamation of her body, she trained as a doula and devoted her life to compassionate, intentional, ancestral wellness care.
Royal Roots is the sanctuary born of that journey — a place where women come home to themselves through plant medicine, ceremony, and the soft, steady work of remembering.
